The historic center of Iglesias comes alive with the new edition of the Estate Medioevale Iglesiente, a series of events that from July to August evokes the medieval atmosphere.
The 2026 program kicks off on July 25 with the Chiamata dei Balestrieri in Piazza Lamarmora, continues on August 1 with the XXVII Torneo della Balestra in the Chiostro di San Francesco and on August 9 with the exhibition Arti e Mestieri lungo le mura pisane. The XXIII Festa delle Bandiere in Piazza Sella (August 12) and the XXX Corteo Storico Medievale (August 13) close the event.
All events are free admission.
