On Friday, October 30, 2026, the Municipal Library of Sanluri hosts the presentation of the book "Fernando o della melanconia dell'irreversibile" by Andrea Serra, published by Il Maestrale. The novel follows the story of Fernando, an unemployed thirty-year-old living with his parents, whose memories are collected in a manuscript found by his mother, set against the backdrop of Carbonia and its mining and industrial past. The evening, coordinated by Marcello Cadeddu, is organized by the Local Authorities Association for Cultural and Entertainment Activities (CEDAC) with the contribution of the Fondazione di Sardegna. Admission is free, and translations into Sardinian and English are available.
